I’ve had career changes myself and understand the highs and lows associated with the in-between stages, of letting go of the old and taking on the new. I know that it takes courage to make difficult decisions, to take risks, and to feel uncertain about the future. Often it just seems easier to stay where we are. I also know that if we pursue a real change, then these challenges help us to grow and do amazing things, turning our dreams into realities.
